Planning of the sessions

Once your application has been processed and you have been notified of your successfully registration, you have to select the place and date of the photoshoot session you want to participate in so that you can secure your seat for your forthcoming portrait.

There are sessions planned in Brussels and Ghent. We will soon add Antwerp in January and February 2025. Liège may be next in 2025, depending on the level of participation. In the same vein, Namur, Mons and Charleroi could be added to the list of Belgian cities before extending abroad.

Also good to know that it is possible to organise a photo session in a private location if there is enough room to install our portable studio setup and if there are at least three or more participants. If this is the case, don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange such shooting.

Shooting Session @ Photo Cinema Event

We are delighted to announce that we will be present at the Photo Cinema event organised by the “Korea in Belgium and Luxembourg” group on February 1st, 2025. This friendly event will take place in the facilities of the Brussels School of Journalism & Communication (“IHECS”) in the center of Brussels.

The IHECS boasts a large number of premises with top-class equipment. It is an excellent venue for a memorable studio portrait session.

About the photoshoot

Each participant will have their own time slot during which their portrait will be taken. This period of time will be fully dedicated to taking his/her portrait photos. We always foresee a minimum of 30 minutes per participant.

However the actual time spent per person may vary depending on the shooting conditions (e.g. event venue location vs dedicated photo studio). Please note that schedule and agenda overruns may occur. We thank you in advance for your understanding and your flexibility should the planning not be fully observed.

If you know in advance that you will need more time for the shooting or if you will be running late, please let us know and we will try to plan ahead accordingly. We aim to make our photoshoot a pleasant experience for all participants.
